Terms of Service | PixVibe Live

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, connecting your camera, or purchasing credit bundles on PixVibe Live ("the Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the platform.

2. Event Credit System & Anti-Sharing Policy

PixVibe operates on a transparent, credit-based model to prevent multi-studio account resale:

1 Event Credit = 1 Live Wedding / Event: Creating a live event deducts exactly 1 credit from your account balance.
Included Allowances: Each event includes unlimited photo uploads, high-res QR standee generation, AI face indexing, and 30 days of active cloud hosting.
No Reselling: Subscriptions are non-transferable and intended strictly for the registered photographer or studio. Sharing master accounts across independent studios is prohibited.

3. Photographer Responsibilities

Photographers must ensure they hold proper permissions from their clients and guests to capture and broadcast event photographs. Content violating Indian laws, defamatory media, or unauthorized explicit content is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination without refund.

4. Service Availability & SLA

PixVibe Live maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA powered by Cloudflare R2 and distributed edge servers. While live sync operates seamlessly, photographers must always retain original high-resolution captures on their physical camera SD cards as primary archival backups.

5. Payments & Billing

All pricing is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through Razorpay or direct UPI intent. Credits are immediately deposited to your account upon verified payment.

6. Modifications & Governing Law

PixVibe reserves the right to adjust pricing or features with prior notice. These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad / Telangana courts.
