1. Absolute Photographer Image Ownership

At PixVibe Live, we believe creative media belongs solely to the creators. All photographs, videos, RAW images, watermarks, and promotional standees uploaded through our platform remain the 100% exclusive intellectual property of the subscribing photographer and their clients. PixVibe does not claim, license, sell, or commercially exploit your uploaded media under any circumstances.

2. AI Face Recognition & Biometric Privacy

Our neural face matching engine is designed with strict transient privacy safeguards:

Zero Permanent Biometric Storage: Guest selfies uploaded for finding photos are processed solely during that active browser query session.
No Facial Identity Databases: We do not train external AI models, build commercial facial recognition datasets, or sell attendee biometric vectors to third parties.

3. Data Retention & 30-Day Storage Deletion

To maintain high performance and prevent wasteful cloud hosting fees, PixVibe operates an automated lifecycle deletion engine:

Event galleries remain live and downloadable for guests for 30 days following event creation.
Photographers can permanently delete their event and wipe all Cloudflare R2 files instantly from their dashboard at any time.
Once deleted, all high-res originals and WebP compressed files are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.

4. Information We Collect

We collect basic registration information necessary to manage photographer accounts:

Account credentials (Email address, Studio / Photographer Name, Password hash).
Billing and transaction reference IDs (Processed securely through Razorpay and UPI; PixVibe does not store raw credit/debit card numbers).
Technical telemetry logs (upload speeds, compression latency, camera protocol status).

5. Cloudflare R2 & Encryption Standards

All data transmitted between your camera, mobile app, and the cloud is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Cloudflare R2 storage buckets are isolated and protected against unauthorized access.
